1.Organizer
The CDNT airdrop (the “Airdrop”) is organized by Coin District, [Legal form], registered under [RCS number], [Registered office address]. Taking part in the Airdrop is free and implies full acceptance of these terms, in addition to the Terms of Service.
2.Eligibility
To be eligible, you must meet all of the following conditions on the snapshot date:
- be a natural person aged 18 or over;
- hold a Coin District account with completed identity verification;
- have registered a Polygon (EVM-compatible) wallet address in your account;
- not be resident in an excluded jurisdiction: [List of excluded jurisdictions].
3.Allocation
The Airdrop pool of 1,500,000 CDNT is split into four buckets. The founding-member bucket has already been allocated; within each other bucket, CDNT is shared pro rata to the points earned by eligible participants. The split below is indicative and may be adjusted before the snapshot.

5.Exclusions and fair play
Coin District may exclude a participant, without compensation, in the following cases:
- use of several accounts or wallets by the same person (sybil behavior);
- use of bots, scripts or any automated means to earn points;
- false information provided during registration or identity verification;
- persons subject to international sanctions;
- employees and contractors of Coin District and members of their household.
6.Distribution and claim
CDNT is sent to the Polygon wallet registered in your account, after you claim it from the portal during the claim window of [Claim period]. CDNT not claimed by the end of the window returns to the ecosystem treasury.
Founding allocations are already credited to your Coin District wallet: they can be used on the Platform (for example for governance votes) right away, and withdrawn to your Polygon wallet from the same claim window.
Double-check your wallet address: tokens sent to an address you do not control cannot be recovered. Network fees for claiming, if any, are borne by the participant.
7.Nature of CDNT
CDNT is a utility and governance token of the Coin District ecosystem. It does not represent any share of capital, debt or right to profits, and it has no guaranteed value. On the Platform, CDNT can be used for governance votes and as partial payment for an investment at the fixed rate of 1 CDNT = €0.10. Receiving CDNT may have tax consequences depending on your country of residence. See the Risk Disclosure.
8.Changes, suspension or cancellation
Coin District may modify, suspend or cancel the Airdrop, in particular for legal, regulatory or security reasons. Participants will be informed on the Airdrop page and by email. Points earned before a cancellation give no right to compensation.
9.Personal data and governing law
Data collected for the Airdrop (email, wallet address, Zealy username, points) is processed to manage your participation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
